DescriptionNetServ is continuing its expansion of its Tatvam Analytics software for customer feedback analysis and customer experience management. We are looking for an experienced sales leader with a strong track record of success to help lead our next stage of growth.

As VP, Sales, you will be responsible for managing and developing the North America Market at a hyper growth rate in line with the company’s overall business strategy. The role requires a keen understanding of the customer experience (CX) ecosystem, and significant business experience working in a growth phase technology company or startup.

We are looking for someone to come into this organization, take the bull by the horns and start actively building connections with large prospect customers and closing deals. The ideal candidate should be an industry veteran with existing connections in one or more of the following industries: attractions, hospitality, airports, video games, or other CX focused industries.

They should have experience opening new accounts, creating measurable sales strategies and building success brick by brick.

  • Lead the US business to overachievement on defined revenue goals
  • You will be responsible for upholding the revenue performance standards
  • Build relationships with C-suite executives and different stakeholders within major B2C companies like visitor attractions, stadiums, sports teams, hotels and resorts, airports, video game publishers and more.
  • Build and execute the strategic vision and plan to expand and develop the Tatvam business
  • Work closely with Product teams to meet and exceed client expectations, and resolve operations issues in a timely manner for new clients.
  • Represent the company in all commercial engagements and meetings with key clients and business partners
  • Evaluate and analyze effectiveness of specific GTM models and programs
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and partners
Preferred Requirements
  • Deep understanding of the CX (customer experience) technology industry.
  • Established presence in our target industries (attractions, hospitality)
  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS software sales. Including successful track record of work with buyers in CX, Marketing, or Communications roles. Preferred experience in hospitality or attractions industry.
  • Previous software product sales management experience.
  • Experience in building distribution channels
  • Strong leadership skills and a confident decision maker
  • Solid business and financial acumen and reporting skills
  • Strong track record as a sales manager
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Proven record of growing a technology business across resellers and direct channel
  • Experience working in a dynamic and fast paced working environment.
