Drill into Specific Topics

Our Perception Analysis Dashboard makes it incredibly easy to read comments about any of the topics you are tracking with the simple click of a button.

​We have a dynamic word cloud that has all of the main topic categories you are tracking – these are sized by how many times they have been mentioned (i.e. the larger the word, the more times it has been mentioned) and color coded by sentiment. (i.e. the greener the word is, the more positive the sentiment was).

If you click on any of these words, you get all of the sub topics for that topic category in the graph to the right and all of the reviews for that word in the review list below it. These all will show up in order of recency, with the most recent reviews on top.

​You can read all the reviews for the whole category by just clicking on the word in the word cloud, or even read the reviews for the sub-topics by clicking on any of the bars!

If you click on any of these words, you get all of the sub topics for that topic category in the graph to the right and all of the reviews for that word in the review list below it. These all will show up in order of recency, with the most recent reviews on top.

Quickly Check on Sentiment

In addition to drilling into the reviews that mention a specific comment – you can go a step further and drill into them based on what sentiment they were as well!

Every mention of every topic you are tracking in Tatvam gets a score between 1 and 5 (1 being negative and 5 being positive) that shows how positive or negative that topic was talked about in the comment. The review list has a list of sentiment emoji’s – and when you click on them the list refines to show what you selected.

Our customers love this functionality because it makes it very simple for them to quickly read all the negative comments about any specific topic and understand exactly how their visitors really feel about it and what they can do to improve!

We most often see this being used by our customers when they are looking to make changes to things like their pricing or how they are managing crowds, as a way for them to instantly read up on what the chief complaints about these topics are for these topics.
